Rope Row W Scapula Set

Standing in front of a cable machine, grab a rope with straight arms and pull your shoulders back and down on the body (Scapula Set). The do a row and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Breathe out while pulling back.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Do this super slow and hold the back position on the row to increase intensity. Don't go too heavy as you will not set scapula.
