Roman Chair: Straight Leg Raises

Use arm supports and step into Roman Chair with back on pad. Position your elbows and lower arms comfortably in the arm rest keeping the chest up at all times. The legs should be straight down with the pelvis rolled slightly backwards. With legs straight, raise your legs until the torso makes a 90-degree angle with the legs. Slowly return to starting position. Repeat this movement for all reps then dismount from Roman Chair.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head up and your hips & chest in proper alignment. Breathe in on the way downward. Breathe out on the way upward. Try not to swing.
