Roll Up W Mb

While lying on your back with a medicine ball over your head ( on ground ) bring the ball to your pelvis level and then roll the spine up brining the ball straight over your head. Then scoop the ball forward as you roll your body back then extend the ball back to starting point. If that is confusing then watch the movement.

Breathe out as you sit up. You can do this super slow to increase intensity.
