Directions
Using two dumbbells get into push-up position holding the dumbbells. Do one push-up and then pull one dumbbell into a row. Return to push-up position and repeat. You can drop down to you knees if this is too difficult.
Helpful tips and Tricks
If the the dumbbells hurt your hands use a towel on the handles.
