Rainbow Arc Or Rainbows

Basically, on your hands and knees, keep your leg as straight as you can, and you are going to be drawing a rainbow with one leg behind you. If you feel any pressure on your knees, make sure to use extra cushion or padding under the standing knee. You should feel this exercise in your glutes (your butt). This is a great toning exercise for your glutes!
