Quad Leanbacks

Start on your knees with your waist in line with your knees (in other words, do not bend and sit on your calves). With a straight torso and hips, lean back keep your back and waist straight. Go back as far as you can and, again, with a straight torso and hips, return to the starting position.

If your knees trouble you, substitute another quadricep exercise for this one.
