Pushup, Plate Drag/Pull

FINISHERS Start in a pushup position next to the plate or drag bag. Perform a pushup and then drag the plate or bag with the opposite hand to opposite side of body. Hand walk or push to the other side of the plate and then begin again. Helpful hint: you can also place a towel underneath your plate to perform this movement if you do not have a drag bag.
