Push Downs: Rope, Two Arm

Attach rope to high pulley of cable machine. From a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart, grab rope with a neutral-grip. With arms close to your side begin exercise by starting at the top of the movement exhale while pushing downward. Pause slightly at the bottom of the movement before arms are fully extended. Inhale as you return to starting position. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head back and your chin & chest up. Make sure elbows stay close to your side.
