Directions
Set the weight for counter-balance as needed.
Less weight will increase difficulty of the pull up while more weight will decrease difficulty.
Place both hands on the rails and walk up to the top step.
Reach out and grab the wide-grip handles.
Step onto the platform and control your descent to the bottom.
Pull your self back up.
Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed.
Step off platform & use rails to step down.
