Power Squats

Directions
Start with feet together. Hop down into a squat position, then immediately hop back up to standing straight by bringing the feet together. After several reps, you should begin to feel this in your thighs
Helpful tips and Tricks
Intensity is key. If the impact is too high for you, or your knees hurt you can simply step to the side and go into the squat.
