Grab 2 matching dumbbells out in front with a 90 degree bend in the arms. Raise the elbows to slightly over shoulder height ending with your elbows slightly higher than the wrist. Breathe out as you lift the weights up. Be careful as this exercise can cause an impingement of the shoulder in some people.
