Pop Squats

Directions
From a standing position with feet together, jump out to the side and into a very wide stance, immediately squat down to slightly below and explode back up and into the original position landing on the balls of your feet. After taking a small hop immediately repeat this movement for all reps then stand up and recover.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head up and your back, hips & chest in proper alignment. Breathe in on the jump out. Breathe out on the jump in.
