Pogo Jumps

Directions
Step back with one foot, while bending the front knee to 90 degrees. Touch the ground with your opposite hand. Thrust your back leg forward and up while jumping off your grounded leg. Go for height. Try to land in the same position in which you started.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your feet shoulder width apart to keep your balance. Go for height over speed.
