Plyo Pushup Bosu

Start in a push up position with the bosu under your hands. Explode up (with a push up) letting your whole body come off the ground as you breathe out keeping a tight core. Try to keep the least amount of movement in the spine, as some is unavoidable.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can use a lower angle if this is too hard, such as a smith machine, or bench.
