Planks Heel To Toe Rocks

From a kneeling position extend legs straight out raising upper torso on elbows and forearm. Place your body in a plank position, activating your core muscles keeping your hips in alignment with your knees and shoulders. Once in plank position rock your body back and forth toe to heel.
