Plank W Stick

This is a standard plank with a stick used to demonstrate a neutral spine. If you are alone, placement of the stick is optional as it is difficult to place. From the mat, bridge up to your elbows and toes while maintaining a neutral spine. Tighten your core and especially ribcage while maintaining normal breathing cadence. Tuck your shoulder blades towards your butt slightly.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Do not let the pelvis sag down, or push your butt up to high. You can variate this by bridging to your hands instead of elbows.
