With a neutral spine place your forearms and elbows on a swiss ball. Keeping a tight core draw a circle (stir the pot) with motion at the swiss ball. Alternate directions, and breathe out as the ball get the out from your body.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Wide feet makes it easier, narrow is harder, and lifting a single leg (alternating) is extremely difficult.
