Directions
With palms facing each other, arms you your side, use VERY LIGHT weight. 2 to 3 pounds in each hand. Lift your arms up to about shoulder level as if you are lifting pitchers of lemonade. Then pour each pitcher towards the middle, and bring them back up right, and then bring your arms back down to your sides. This is more for rehabilitation, and getting the little muscles in your rotator cuffs strengthened.
