Directions
Start with your chins on the ball in a push up position. Keep you upper body quiet, and roll the ball towards you with a tight core and the straightest legs you can. Concentrate on a breath out as your butt goes up, and keep you upper body as still as possible. Return to a starting position and repeat.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Move slowly and take care to not come off the ball, with a softer surface like a rug if you think you could fall off.
