From a push up plank position (booties on feet) pull your core tight and while breathing out and lifting your butt straight in the air. Try to keep legs straight and upper body fairly quiet. Drop back only to the neutral starting position - showing control, but not dropping into a deep arch. This can be done with gliders or even paper plates on a hardwood floor.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Stop when your form starts to break down. Gradually increase range and time as your ability allows. This can be done from super slow to explosive.
