Directions
Start with your chins on the swiss ball and with (fairly) straight legs roll the ball toward you butt straight in the air as high as your flexibility allows (pike). Then keeping this high angle, do a push up breathing out on the way up with a tight core. Reverse the pike and start over in the next rep.

The better your flexibility, the tougher the angle of the pushup. This takes tremendous strength, body awareness, and agility.
