Overhead 'Round The World

Directions
With a dumbbell or a barbell plate, start with your hands in front of your face, and begin circling your head with the dumbbell or plate to the right, bringing the weight behind your head, and back around to the front. Repeat, moving the weight to the left. Alternate directions for the duration of time.
