Overhead Biceps Concentration Curl

Keep your back straight, abs drawn in. On the crossover cable machine curl handles toward your head, keep elbows in place after reaching the head. Flexion is in the elbow. Release and achieve full range of motion. Exhale on exertion. Repeat this motion to complete the exercise.
Helpful tips and Tricks
If you roll your hands in ( towards shoulders ) you will work forearms in unison with biceps.
Why it works
This is a light weight concentration exercise that causes the bicep muscle to peak and shape the height.
