One Leg Hip Raise W/ Grab Bag Throw

LOWER BODY STRENGTH Lie on your back and place one foot flat on a bench so that leg is at a 90 degree angle. Drive your hips upwards and at the same time throw a medicine ball or grab bag in the air (simulating a one hand chest pass). Return to the ground and repeat when done.
