One Leg Back Extension

Directions
1. Set hyper-extension machine so that the pad is at or slightly below your hip 2. Hooking only one leg in a fixed position, bend forward at the hips keeping the back long (neutral spine) 3. Return to the starting position where your shoulders line up with your hips. 4. Repeat on the opposite side
