Oblique Leg Extensions

Directions
Leaning back on the left elbow, bring the right arm overhead, and lean back onto your left glute muscle. Extend your legs out, keeping them off the ground, and bring your legs in to your chest, still leaning on your left glute muscle, and bring your right elbow towards your right knee. Extend your body back out, keeping your feet off the ground. You can repeat on the same "side" or rotate back and forth between the right and left side.
