Mountain Climb With Outside Foot Tap

Directions
This begins with a basic Slow Mountain Climber move (tapping the foot underneath the body). Perform the Mountain Climber with your right, then left, then bring your right leg out beside you to tap the foot as close to the outside part of your hand as possible, and then again with your left. You should really feel this in your abs!
