Monster Walks: Resistance Band

From a standing position, place a resistance band just above ankles. Begin with feet in a very wide stance, keeping gentle tension on the band squat down to parallel and take a half step with the right foot and then follow with the left foot. Take the recommended amount of steps to the right, and then reverse to the left. When all steps have been completed, stand up, remove the resistance band from ankles and recover.
