Modified Dumbell Row

1. Place bench at an incline of about 30 degrees. 2. Stand behind the bench and bend at the hips supporting your torso with one hand at an angle of about 30 degrees(see video) 3. Start with your hand at the bottom position in front of your leg. 4 Row in an outward motion pointing your elbow away from your body and pulling the dumbbell until it is in a position under your armpit. 5. Return to the starting position.
