Mobility Down Dog

I don't claim to be a versed in yoga, but I like this simple stretch after a tough leg workout. From a neutral spine, drop you heels down and butt up and the drop your pelvis down into an extension. Go a bit further on each rep.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Be careful on the extension (pelvis to floor) if you feel back discomfort, just shorten the range.
