Medicine Ball Shift Push Up Alternating Arms

With a medicine ball under one arm, do a push up and alternate the medicine ball to the opposite side doing a push up. Keep a tight core and breathe out as you push your body up. Keep a neutral spine and make sure the ball is centered under your hands.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can do this super slow or go a bit more narrow at the feet to make this move more difficult.
