Medicine Ball Push Ups Feet On Box

With your feet inclined on a box, place both hands on a medicine ball and perform a push up. Keep a tight core, and your shoulders tucked towards your but, and breathe out as you push your body up. Try to minimize movement at the spine.
Helpful tips and Tricks
The higher the incline, the tougher the exercise. Doing this super slow make this more difficult.
