Mb Slams

Grab a medicine ball slightly above your head level and bending your knees, explosively slam it into the ground. Catch it on the way up, and try to work on the speed and power of the movement. Keep your spine tall, and just your whole body in the slam.
Helpful tips and Tricks
I use a 15# ball in this clip, but work your way up slowly and use a medicine ball that bounces.
