Place ab mat on floor in front of cable pulley machine. Attach E-Z curl bar and select weight. Sit down in front of machine with legs straight forward. Holding E-Z curl bar with close-grip lay on your back with arms extended. Keeping your arms on the ground begin to curl the weight upward to your chest. Slowly lower the weight until hands return to your sides. Repeat this movement for all reps then sit back up and re-rack weight.
