Lunge W Rotational Raise W Kettle Bell

From a lunge position, grab a kettlebell handle side down, and raise it up to the front leg side. Try to get the arms fairly straight, and keep your shoulders back and down on the body. Note that you should have some width (side to side) on your foot position, as an inline position will make this exercise much more balance demanding.
