Low Pulsing Squat On Bosu

Standing on a bosu make sure your feet are even and near the outside of the bosu. Slowly drop into a squat while doing a small up and down pulse. Concentrate on the bottom half of the movement, and don't let your knees cave in. Breathe normally and keep a neutral spine and tight core.
