Low Jack Hops

Similar to the Pop Squat, you are not touching down between the feet. Jumping your feet into a wide stance, immediately squat, and from the bottom of the squat, jump your feet back together. Keeping your knees bent and legs together, hop straight up into the air, land, and then jump your feet out again into the wide stance squat.
