Levitating Butterfly

Directions
Lay on your back with imprinted spine, weights in both hands. Raise both legs and bring the weights together all at the same time. Inhale as the arms and legs go down down and exhale as they come up. Make sure that the arms and legs do not touch the floor at any point, hence the name "Levitating Butterfly".
