Leg Press

1. Sit in the leg press machine. 2. Place feet on the platform at a distance of about shoulder width. 3. Push the platform away from you and unlock the safety bars. 4. Lower the weight as far as you can without any rolling of the hips. 5. Press the weight back to the starting position. 6. Upon completion of the set, at the top position replace the safety levers to the locked position(you may need to hold them there) and lower the platform.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Lowering the weight until your knees are "in your armpits" may not be safe depending on your flexibility. ONLY go as far as YOU can without hip tilt
