Lateral Mini Band Walk

Directions
Put a mini band of your choice of resistance around your ankles. Drop into a light squat and walk sideways, stretching the band with symmetrical foot alignment taking care to stress the band slowly, while not dragging your feet. Breathe out upon stepping. Keep a neutral spine.
