Lat Pull Downs: Neutral Grip

Directions
Attach a neutral grip lat bar to the machine. Grab the lat bar and sit down, placing legs underneath the pads of the machine. Pull the lat bar, keeping your elbows out to the side towards your sternum. Take a brief pause at the bottom of the movement, then re-extend your arm to the starting position. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed.
