Directions
Start by lying on a incline bench at about a 30 degree angle start with the dumbbells hanging down (thumbs forward). With your elbows in line with your shoulders lift your elbows to the height of your shoulders. then rotate your dumbbells up to the same height as your shoulders (thumbs now face up). Then keeping the same height with your weights, shrug back pinching your shoulder blades. Then reverse everything in the same order.
