From a push up plank position, take your left leg and step out to your left side. Lift up your left arm from the ground, and bring your right leg through, dropping your hips, to kick out between your left leg and right hand. Reverse the motion to come back into push up plank position. Repeat on the other side, stepping out with the right leg and kicking through with the left leg.
