Kettlebell Swing

Directions
To start the move, get into a squat with the kettlebell out front, drag it through your legs, and, with a "pop" of your hips, swing the bell up to head level, arms straight. Do not use your arms or shoulders to move the bell! The momentum comes from the hips. Keep your chest up and your knees slightly bent when the bell drops down between your legs. Pop your hips forward to swing the bell again, and use your core to swing the bell thru the legs.

This is probably one of the more "difficult" moves, being that there are several things to remember in this move, in order to do the move correctly.
