Directions
Grab a kettle bell in a mid depth squat position. Start with the kettle bell behind you and explosively stand up driving the weight up with the hips to about eye level. Do not let the weight pause and drive it back down using an explosive pace. Arms should be straight, but grip should be light. Keep your lower back from rounding out and breathe out as the bell gets towards eye level.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can variate the weight and pace on this exercise, but always choose a weight to do explosively form the hips and glutes. Let your gaze drop.
