Using a moderate weight kettle bell, perform a curl to overhead press while keeping a straight wrist and handle down on the press. Breathe out on pressing the weight overhead.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Don't go too heavy as you won't be able to keep a straight angle at the kettle bell handle.
Why it works
Using a kettle bell will increase wrist, forearm, and hand strength.
