Katie Switch Lunge

1. Assume a bent lunge position. 2. Twist to the side of the opposing front leg. 3. Jump and switch into bent lunge position of the opposite leg. Twist to the side of the front leg. 4. Repeat and keep at a moderate pace.

DO NOT use a weight until you feel comfortable with the movements.
