Directions
Start with an explosive push up, then hop the feet out and in quickly, then hop the feet in and stand up lifting the bosu overhead dynamically similar to a kettlebell swing. Get your hips straight as you lock the bosu straight out overhead. Breathe out on the push up, and out as you lock the bosu out overhead. You can add intensity doing the explosive pushup letting the feet leave the ground also, and you can add a hop as you lock out the bosu.
