Jump Squats

Directions
Begin with feet in a wide-stance. Squat down and place hands between your legs and touch the ground then explode up into the air with both arms above your head. As you land back to the ground continue this same sequence for the specified amount of reps.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your back straight and land on the balls of your feet. Use your arms for momentum.
