Jump Pull Up

Start in a moderate depth squat position. Explode up by popping your hips forward - jump up using the (jump) momentum while grabbing the bar and performing a pull up. Make sure you perform a solid jump - flowing immediately into a pull up using full range of motion - getting your shoulders all the way to the bar and chin over the bar. Breathe out towards the top of the jump into your pull up.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Finding the optimal height is tricky, use a box to jump off if needed (be careful of box stability). Focus more on the jump as upper body wears out.
